Each Town History is individually researched and created – there is no automation. Because of this, you will appreciate that this is not a fast turnaround service and you should allow 28 days for your order to arrive.
If you have a special date by which you need the Town History, please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Please ensure that your shipping address details are correct, as they are copied directly from the information you give us when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect or missing information should they not reach you.
Overseas deliveries
Owing to the many different destinations for an order, it is difficult to offer a universal shipping cost.
We would be delighted to give you a quotation for the shipping costs; please contact us. If this is too expensive then we would be happy to send you a print ready pdf for you to print off at home or at a print bureau.
Delivery Method
We use Royal Mail Second Class postage for our unframed Town Histories. Your print is rolled and sent in a protective cardtube tube.
Our framed Town Histories are normally despatched using MyHermes. Please let us know a safe place to leave the parcel in case you are out to help us ensure that you get your parcel first time. The service takes 3-5 working days from the day of collection.
As each product is customised specifically for you it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed in the production queue. However, please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem and we will see if we can help on an ex gratia basis. This will be assessed on a case by case basis.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
